How Did Moore Heating Become Anchorage's Trusted HVAC Company?
Moore Heating & A/C was founded in 1974, back when much of Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley was still being built out and reliable heat was the difference between a livable Alaska winter and a dangerous one. Five decades later we’re still family-owned, still answering the phone ourselves, and still showing up when the temperature drops to -20°F and a furnace quits at 2 a.m.
We’ve grown from a small residential heating shop into a full-service Alaska HVAC contractor, residential and commercial, installation and service, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, indoor air quality, and Generac standby generators. What hasn’t changed is the standard: a real Alaska technician on every call, work that’s done right the first time, and a company name on the truck that’s been on Alaska roads for half a century.
